Goal 01 :Section of motivators, pre-lunching programme, grouping
arrangement of villages and 8 sectors and staff orientation training
program at rural health training center, Jagatsinghpur (from 23 rd to
31st March'98).
Target: 1st March to 31st March'98
Achievement: Completed within 1st-22nd March'98. 23rd-30th March orientation
training.

Goal 02:House hold survery
Target: To cover 80 nos. of operational villages under details socio-economic
survey.
Achievement: Completed within the period of 1st April-30th June'98

Goal 03:Motivation on vitamins & balance diet to make aware the
common people regarding the food and nutritive value in around.
Target: To motivate 8,783 families in our operational area & set up kitchen
gardening in 5000 families.
Achievement: Completed within the period of 1st July'98 to 31st
Oct'98. 3217 families are developed Kitchen Gardening.

Goal 04:Evaluation
Target: To bring/know statistical measure of motivation.
Achievement: Completed wihtin the period of 1st Nov'98-30the Nov'98

Goal 05: Motivation on small family norm to reduce mother and child
health and density of population for small family.
Target:Covered all 8,783 families.
Achievement: Out of 19,625 eligible couple, 3,115 nos using temporary
method and 33 nos are sterilized in our motivation. Completed within
the period of 1st December'98 to 28th February'99.

Goal 06:Distribution of oral pills, conventional contraceptic, ORS packets.
Target:Covered all 2000 families.
Achievement:Upto 14th March'98 620 families covered at supplied of
their door step and total coverage from 1st March to 30th April.
